Logging In
Retrieve your account details (extension, 3CX URL, voicemail PIN, etc.) from your Welcome Email.
Open your 3CX application and enter the URL: https://safeharbors.md.3cx.us/
Use this same URL to access the web client.
Log in using your Microsoft 365 credentials or your extension and password.
Make, Receive & Transfer Calls
Make a Call:
Click on an extension, or enter a name/number in the search box.
Toggle the phone icon to choose whether to place the call on your deskphone or softphone app.Transfer a Call:
Click Transfer or Att. Transfer.
Enter the extension or name.
For Attended Transfer: Announce the call, then click Transfer.
For Blind Transfer: Click Transfer and hang up.
Manage Your Status
Click the dropdown next to your avatar to set your status and status message.
Click the pencil icon to edit your message.
Optionally, set your status temporarily so it reverts automatically.
Status colors:
? Green – Available
? Yellow – On a call
? Red – Busy (calls go to voicemail)
Logging In/Out of Queues
Click your profile picture.
Select Log in/out from Queue.
Repeat to toggle back.
Chat & WhatsApp Messaging
Click the Chat function.
Click the Compose icon to start a new chat.
Search and select people for one-on-one or group chats.
Click OK to begin chatting.
