Logging In

  1. Retrieve your account details (extension, 3CX URL, voicemail PIN, etc.) from your Welcome Email.

  2. Open your 3CX application and enter the URL: https://safeharbors.md.3cx.us/

    • Use this same URL to access the web client.

  3. Log in using your Microsoft 365 credentials or your extension and password.


Make, Receive & Transfer Calls

  • Make a Call:
    Click on an extension, or enter a name/number in the search box.
    Toggle the phone icon to choose whether to place the call on your deskphone or softphone app.

  • Transfer a Call:

    1. Click Transfer or Att. Transfer.

    2. Enter the extension or name.

      • For Attended Transfer: Announce the call, then click Transfer.

      • For Blind Transfer: Click Transfer and hang up.


Manage Your Status

  • Click the dropdown next to your avatar to set your status and status message.

  • Click the pencil icon to edit your message.

  • Optionally, set your status temporarily so it reverts automatically.

  • Status colors:

    • ? Green – Available

    • ? Yellow – On a call

    • ? Red – Busy (calls go to voicemail)


Logging In/Out of Queues

  1. Click your profile picture.

  2. Select Log in/out from Queue.

  3. Repeat to toggle back.


Chat & WhatsApp Messaging

  1. Click the Chat function.

  2. Click the Compose icon to start a new chat.

  3. Search and select people for one-on-one or group chats.

  4. Click OK to begin chatting.
