Download the iOS or Android App

  1. Open your Welcome Email.

  2. Open the app on your mobile device.

  3. Tap the menu (☰) in the top left → select Scan QR Code.

  4. Scan the QR code in your Welcome Email — done!

Download the Windows App

  1. Open your Welcome Email.

  2. Download the attached configuration file and double-click it.

    • The app will automatically configure itself.
