To Make a Call

  • Dial the number and press Send or Enter,
    OR select a contact/extension from your Web Client.

  • The Web Client can trigger calls directly on your deskphone via the phone selector toggle.

To Transfer a Call

  • Blind Transfer: Press Transfer, dial the extension, press Send/Dial, and hang up.

  • Attended Transfer: Press Transfer, dial the number or select an extension, press Send, announce the caller, press Transfer, and hang up.
