Setting Your Voicemail Greeting

By Phone:

  1. Dial the voicemail number (see Welcome Email).

  2. Enter your PIN, then press #.

  3. Select 9 → 8 → 0 to record.

  4. Press # to end recording, then 0 to save.

From the Web Client:

  1. Go to Settings → Greetings.

  2. Set your greeting per status (Available, Away, etc.).

Playback Voicemail

By Phone:

  1. Dial voicemail or press Voicemail/Message.

  2. Enter your PIN, press #, then * to play messages.

Web Client:

  • Click Voicemail, then the playback icon to listen through your selected phone.

Android & iOS App:

  • Open Voicemail, tap the message to listen.
