Creating an Ad-hoc Web Conference
Click WebMeeting in the Web Client.
Allow access to camera and microphone.
Click Join Now, then Invite People to add participants.
Creating an Audio Conference
Tap or click Schedule Conference.
(In the top menu on smartphones)
Enable Announcements to be notified when participants join.
Add a Subject and Notes.
Set the time and date.
Click Create Meeting (Web Client) or Done (Mobile).
Add participants.
Invitations:
External participants: Receive an email with a dial-in number and PIN.
Internal participants: Receive an email with an extension and PIN or get an automated call.
